Busy weeks

While summer season is coming up and the weather is getting better, we had some extremeley busy weeks behind us, but more important weeks are following up. For us, as a team, this is the unique chance to work on several projects at the same time, with multiple deadline, but offering the high-level quality of work to our clients. These weeks were sometimes stressful, but in the end we managed all together to succesfully finalize multiple projects!

World Ducati Week 2018

Especially, this summer is a highly important season for the company, because one of the biggest Motorbike Event in the world is organized.  The World Ducati Week is for Ducati lovers the most important event, which is organized every two years at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. During this edition, J&TI events plays an important role around the booking & reservation organization for multiple Ducati clubs all over Europe! To tackle such a huge project, is for all of us a unique chance to work closely together in order to meet all the important deadlines.

Events

What this job also unique makes, is the occasion of doing ‘fieldwork’ after or during work. For example, this week we went to BuyMICE on a astonishing location (Villa Miani) on top of the hill in Rome. Throughout this workshop, we spoke with suppliers from all over Italy, Slovenia and Malta to explore new trends and developments in the industry. We used this interesting workshop to develop our knowledge which we can use in the future to our clients.

After all the hard work there was time for some pleasure. Together with the entire team we had afterparty in the modern and stylish Ripa Roma Hotel. These moments with each other are unforgettable and helped to work succesfully together the next weeks!

Next week, Tiziana and Greet, are going on a Inspection Trip to Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Naples for a Back to Back project next year. Furthermore, Francesca is going to IMEX in Frankfurt for 2 days. Of course, I’m a little bit jaleous of them, but I’m really grateful to had these experiences this week.
