Vacancy Incentive & Meeting Organizer

Office : Rome & Milan

The Meeting & Incentive Organizer works as a part of the operations department as an organizer and counsellor for exclusive tailor made incentives, meetings and congresses across Italy and abroad.

What do we expect from the Senior Incentive & Meeting Organizer?

  • Good command of Dutch English and Italian languages (written and verbal).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer relations
  • More than 3 years of experience in the travel and incentive business
  • Problem solving and positive attitude
  • Able to work independent and accurate
  • Stress resistant
  • Logistic experience
  • Own initiative and ambitious
  • Sales and marketing capacities
  • Knowledge of digital platforms
  • Creative mind
  • Plan and manage own worldwide incentive and events from planning stage, site inspections, to on-site management, to post event duties and reconciliation

  • Minimum age of 25 years

Internship – Booking & Marketing at J&TI events

We are looking for an intern during the following periods:

  • June 2022 –  September  2022

Internship description:

  • Developing new products and services
  • Assisting the Human Resource department
  • Assistance during organisation
  • Manage online and offline media
  • Event-assistance at unique locations

What we expect from you

  • Relevant education (tourism or communication, HBO or WO)
  • Mastering the English and Dutch language, both written and verbal
  • Affinity with the Italian culture and made-in-Italy concepts
  • Interested in incentive travel
