Inspiring Connections: Celebrating 75 Years in Transfusion Medicine
On June 2, 2025, a leading company in transfusion medicine tasked J&TI Events with creating an inspiring corporate event in Milan for 180 attendees. The goal was to encourage networking through a unique format featuring two speeches and a seated dinner. The main challenge was finding a flexible venue that reflected Milan’s character – preferably an outdoor space with a garden or terrace—located within a reasonable distance from the congress venue, and capable of accommodating possible last-minute guest increases.

Celebrating Innovation in a Historic Abbey
J&TI Events secured a stunning historic abbey as the venue, providing a refreshing change of atmosphere after a day of congress sessions. This unique setting offered the perfect blend of history and inspiration, aligning with the event’s focus on medical science innovation.
The program featured two impactful speeches, celebrating 75 years of achievements in transfusion medicine and exploring the future of blood typing. A seated banquet-style dinner created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged networking among attendees.
Technical requirements such as a stage, microphones, three screens, and registration desk were flawlessly managed. Guests were welcomed with a welcome drink upon arrival, followed by a buffet dinner catering to all tastes. The event successfully balanced professionalism and warmth, leaving attendees inspired and connected.
