In May 2025, a leading IT company held a corporate event in Rome for 300 colleagues from all Europe The 3-day event required 150 twin rooms and a meeting room. The main challenge was managing the scale and complexity: securing rooms, coordinating multiple activities with specialized staff training, and ensuring flawless execution. Every detail was customized, with activities running until departure day, showcasing our expertise in seamless coordination.

Crafting a Diverse and Immersive Experience Across Rome’s Countryside and City

J&TI Events created a dynamic program balancing work and leisure, starting with a corporate team meeting in a stunning venue. Guests enjoyed a countryside barbecue dinner, fulfilling the client’s wish for a relaxed, authentic atmosphere.

Guests were divided into 16 groups for the activities. A guided archaeological walk connected attendees to Rome’s rich history, while a vintage car tour through the city — coordinated with police to manage traffic — added an exclusive touch.

The event ended with a gala dinner, open bar, and lively party. On departure day, a photo challenge combined a treasure hunt with local street food, delivering an engaging and authentic finale that left a lasting impression.
