A Bleisure Journey of Culture and Networking in Rome
In October 2023, a European network of independent law firms tasked us with organizing a three-days congress for 120 attendees in central Rome. Their requirements encompassed individual hotel reservations, daily meetings, and networking events in various settings. Our main challenges were to elevate the culinary experience beyond the previous evening’s standards, provide efficient organizational support, and cater to each guest’s individual needs to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

Tailored Congress from meetings to memorable experiences
J&TI Events organized a program that included engaging morning sessions followed by interactive afternoon activities. Among the various experiences, the agenda featured a guided walking tour through the heart of Rome, a pasta-making workshop, and an exciting football competition.
Each evening, guests were treated to a different, exquisite dinner at stunning venues, ensuring a unique experience every night. The event culminated with a romantic evening stroll, followed by an elegant gala dinner at an archaeological site in Rome.
The result was a seamless blend of business and leisure, with every aspect of the event reflecting this perfect balance.
