An unconventional team-building experience on a film set in Rome
In August 2016, our client commissioned us to design a five-day event accommodating 300 participants. The program was to feature interactive team-building activities aimed at engaging attendees, culminating in a sophisticated gala dinner to elegantly conclude each evening. Our primary challenge lay in identifying an ideal venue in the heart of Rome that could seamlessly host both the diverse activities and the formal dinner, ensuring a cohesive and memorable experience for all attendees.

Cinecittà Experience: Team Building between Cinema and Magic
J&TI Events curated an innovative and engaging event that went beyond the ordinary, featuring activities such as a free-climbing wall, a table football tournament, and a pottery workshop.
Taking an unconventional approach, we hosted these activities on the iconic Cinecittà film set—a venue traditionally not associated with team-building events. The timeless beauty of the Ancient Rome-inspired backdrop added an extra layer of magic, transforming the experience into something truly extraordinary.
The event concluded with an elegant gala dinner and party, providing the perfect finishing touch to an inspiring and unforgettable day.
