In June 2019, a Dutch healthcare company commissioned us to organize a meeting in the sunny region of Puglia. The objective was to create a well-balanced program that seamlessly integrated both work and leisure, offering an engaging afternoon itinerary that allowed attendees to explore the region’s beauty following the business sessions. The challenge involved sourcing unconventional and sustainable meeting venues, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for all participants.

Discover Puglia: Charm and Culture Awaits
J&TI Events organized a distinctive incentive experience in Puglia, carefully designed to blend work and leisure seamlessly. Mornings were dedicated to productive workshops and meetings held at unique venues, fostering creativity and collaboration.
In the afternoons, attendees had the opportunity to enjoy a range of exciting activities, including a bike tour through the picturesque Valle dell’Itria, wine and olive oil tastings, a hands-on cooking workshop, and an exhilarating Vespa tour of the region.
Evenings were filled with delightful dinners at charming locations, culminating in a spectacular gala dinner at a stunning venue. This thoughtfully curated balance of work, exploration, and relaxation created the perfect combination for all participants to fully enjoy every moment, whether work or leisure.
