The Legend of Formula 1 and the Italian Experience
In September 2023, a Dutch infrastructure engineering firm approached us to organize a 3-day event for 200 attendees, centered around an exhilarating Formula 1 experience. The client requested a dynamic incentive program that would immerse participants in Italian culture. Our challenge was to find the right balance between all the elements of the trip while offering an authentic and enjoyable experience.

A VIP Experience of Relaxation and Thrills
J&TI Events identified the perfect location – Lake Garda – which provided the ideal setting to meet all of the client’s needs.
The program included a variety of activities, such as a food tour, olive oil and wine tasting at a local vineyard, and a traditional dinner with live music in a picturesque countryside setting. Participants also enjoyed a bike and boat tour, with the experience culminating in a lively beach dance party, blending relaxation with elegance.
The centerpiece of the experience was the thrilling Formula 1 event in Monza, providing a fitting conclusion to an unforgettable journey.
